(1) I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I order from Partshe?

(2) I want to make a wholesale order, can I get more discount?
For wholesale order which is over $1000, please contact our sales manager via Email: customerservice@partshe.com, we will provide personal service for your wholesale order. The email should include Product link, Quantity, Shipping method.

(3) To see if they offer free installation technical consultation?
First of all, we hope you download reading manufacturers specifications, such as not yet, we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

(4) How to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only when your order has not been shipped.

(5) How long can I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after you received our confirmation on the cancellation.

(6) If my password is forgotten how to deal with?
Send an Email to customerservice@partshe.com with the same Email of your account. Our staff will reset your password as soon as possible.

(7) Why we can offer a better price than others?
we have long-term thinking about our business, so we invest a lot to product Manufacturer and inventory, not just a trader, in this way our customer can have a better price.

(8) How to claim IPR infringement?
If you find any products sold in PARTSHE infringes your IPR, please contact our sales manager via Email: customerservice@partshe.com
