7 Day Returns,15 Days Replacement,any Part,any Reason!

All returns must require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact Customer Service to request RMA and get Authorization.

Partshe commitment to comply with the following, from the date of product sold (subject to the actual date of receipt) within 15 days return policy, customers can contact the customer service center with Partshe for return matters. Specific Returns Standards are as follows:

Note:

1.Determine the actual date of receipt rules:
1) All delivery orders: subject to the the customers actual receipt date or the actual arrival date displayed in accordance with the third-party logistics platform; third-party partners can not effectively return receipt date, Partshe artificial confirm actual customer based on distance and other factors and customer arrival date.


2.In the case of goods without any problems, Partshe commitment: Since you actually receive the goods within 7 days from the date, as long as they are not used and does not affect the secondary sales, orders all transportation costs borne by you, you can be in full return.
Otherwise specified, the following shall not handle Returns:

1.Of any non Partshe mall goods sold (serial number does not match);
2.After Paul commodities (goods) more than merchandise package warranty period;

1.Contact us by live chat or send email to:customerservice@partshe.com to get RMA Authorization And returning address

2.Ship the goods after you get the RMA authorization.

Once you ship return goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping address from Partshe.com customer service center together with RMA authorization. Notes: please offer tracking number for return shipment.

Partshe.com won't take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3.Get the replacement or Refund.

Partshe will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.
